Time to start the new chapter!!!
During the school year the two partners have been in contact only via Internet. Now we are continuing our project work in reality.
Next week the Taivalkoski team is coming to Illuka, Estonia. We have been preparing our second project meeting.
The Estonian team prepared the 3-days itinerary. This time we attach great importance to the Estonian legendary hero Kalevipoeg: legends, his footprints on the landscapes, his battles and death. We also remind the connections between the both epics Kalevala and Kalevipoeg and the contacts between the authors Elias Lönnrot, Friedrich Robert Faehlmann and Friedrich Reinhold Kreutzwald.
